Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Late policy
- Please be mindful of my time and others. Life happens and we don’t always have control with the unexpected things. If you are running late due to traffic or any other reason please send me a message to inform me you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule unless told otherwise as it will push back my other appointments. If I am not able to take you in it will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled and will be subject to our cancellation/no-show policy. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.
Cancellation/No shows
- Ombré powder clients: Failure to follow the pre-appointment care and notify me will result in an automatic appointment cancellation and deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
- 24 hours notice is required. Failure to notify before the 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Reschedule
