Yes, all permanent makeup procedures are a two-step process. It takes two sessions to achieve the desired results. Brows are hardly perfect after the first session. It can be expected that brows will heal light and possibly patchy after only one session. (New brow set price includes two sessions.)
Healing time varies from individual to individual. Usually, it takes about a week to ten days for the epithelial crust to form and slough off. Your skin will be considered healed after that happens. Then, the pigment takes some time to settle into the skin. A good month should pass before the process is complete.
Immediately following the procedure your brows will appear much darker, larger from the swelling and they will be slightly red, as if you got your brows waxed. A few days following the procedure your brows will appear even darker, that means your skin is beginning to scab. Once the area scabs up the dark pigment on the surface will flake off. Once the top layer flakes off the color underneath will appear very light. It could take up to three weeks for the true color to develop in your skin. Typically the surface appears healed after 10 days.
Ombré Powder is a permanent makeup service that fades over time. Brows can last up to 1-3 years with the first touch up, however annual touch ups after the first touch up are recommended.
Every brand new set of brows requires two sessions (the initial appointment and a touch up 6-10 weeks after initial appointment)
At least 6 weeks. It takes at least 4 weeks for the skin to heal. I recommend getting your first touch up 6-10 weeks after the initial session.
